Job summary

News Corp in New York is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to serve as the core administrator for our retirement programs. You will support day-to-day vendor coordination, data entry, and participant guidance under senior leadership.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong collaboration with Payroll, Accounting, and vendors, and the ability to deliver audit-ready schedules. The position is hybrid with three in-office days per week, offering a competitive base and bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of retirement-plan admin experience.
• Experience with 401(k) record-keeping, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of SOC 1, ERISA, IRS codes, and compliance.
• Strong data accuracy and audit-ready reporting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day vendor activities for Fidelity/HSA/other plans.
• Manage participant data input, investigations, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly funding logs and wire transfer forms.
• Reconcile contributions and GL feeds; investigate variances.
• Assist fiduciary committees with decks, minutes, and governance.
• Support nonqualified and defined benefit plan administration.
