Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Retail Training & Communications to set the vision for learning across UGG and HOKA. You will partner with global and regional teams to deliver scalable, measurable experiences for frontline employees and executives.

Lead the creation of micro-learning, mobile-first content, and performance support while leveraging AI to personalize learning. Remote-friendly role with West Coast preferences and global governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience building enterprise learning strategies for frontline employees.
• Experience with micro-learning, mobile-first content, and LMS/LXP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own global retail learning vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for UGG and HOKA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into learning outcomes.
• Measure effectiveness using KPIs and learner feedback.
• Develop mobile-first, micro-learning, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
