Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is in search of a Senior Director, Global Asset Protection, Security & Safety Operations to spearhead global programs across retail, fulfillment, and corporate environments.

You will establish enterprise strategy, global standards, and drive operational excellence while leading a team of asset protection and safety professionals in partnership with cross-functional teams. The role requires coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, and external partners to safeguard people and assets,

Qualifications

• Experience leading global asset protection, security and safety initiatives.
• Ability to set enterprise strategy and global standards.
• Proven track record coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the physical security program for global locations and protect employees and assets.
• Oversee GSOC with standards, staffing, technology and incident monitoring.
• Establish and maintain global security policies and governance aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and evaluate security measures including access control, video surveillance, alarms.
• Build and lead enterprise business continuity, crisis management and incident response programs.
• Partner with leaders to develop, test, and exercise continuity and recovery plans.
