Job summary

Reflex is building scalable retail labor infrastructure in the US, enabling on-demand staffing for national brands. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute across frontend, backend, and mobile layers, shaping architecture and driving performance.

You will own major features, lead design decisions, and collaborate with product and design to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions in a high-velocity environment. Expect weekly releases and rapid iteration across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with frontend and backend fluency.
• Proven experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Experience designing backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack — frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Own product areas end to end from architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead our component design and evolve a shared UI package for the web apps.
• Own telemetry across mobile and web to improve observability and reliability.
• Lead meaningful refactoring of a large codebase while shipping features.
• Help shape technical direction and engineering culture as the team grows.
• Design and evolve backend services, data models, and integrations.
• Keep the platform fast and reliable at scale with performance focus.
