Job summary

Veristat is seeking a Senior Resource Management Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource management globally. You will forecast capacity, align resources to client and project needs, and drive governance and data quality across systems such as OpenAir and NetSuite.

The role requires deep experience in resource and capacity planning within CRO or biopharma settings, strong analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work is supported with a flexible, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning or workforce planning in CRO/biopharma or professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience managing resource and capacity planning.
• Experience translating demand into short- and long-term resource plans across multiple functions or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide resource management across service lines, geographies and functions.
• Forecast capacity, demand, backlog and sales pipeline to anticipate resource needs.
• Establish governance, standards and data quality for resource management systems.
