Job summary

Veristat seeks a Senior Resource Management Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource management, capacity planning, and forecasting across global teams. The role ensures right resources match client and project needs based on skills, availability, and delivery requirements.

The candidate will drive governance, data quality, and system adoption while partnering with service lines, geographies, and stakeholders to optimize workforce decisions and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of resource management, capacity planning, workforce planning, or project operations in CRO/biopharma or professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing resource and capacity planning across multiple functions, service lines, or geographies preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel; OpenAir and NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource management and capacity planning.
• Forecast demand from backlog and sales pipeline; identify gaps and risks.
• Establish governance, standards, reporting, and data quality for resource management.
• Partner with service lines and geographies to align resources with client needs.
