Goodwin's Global Operations Team invites you to join the Research Operations Co-op, an integral member of the Research team. The co-op will learn about the GO!

Team and be an active participant in Goodwin’s culture, supporting attorneys and clients with efficient information workflows and data integrity. You will receive, process, and disseminate current awareness and desk book materials to attorneys firm-wide; assist with invoices and budget reports; create database accounts for new associates;

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data tasks.

Responsabilités

• Receive, process, and disseminate current awareness and desk book materials to attorneys firm-wide.
• Process invoices, assist with tracking payments, and aid in preparing budget reports.
• Assist with creating database accounts for new associates, when needed.
• Collaborate on data integrity projects.
• Contribute to other departmental initiatives as needed.
