The role entails organizing training content, creating presentations, KPI reporting, and assisting with IP protection and patent research. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting administrative, technical research, or related work.
• Strong analytical thinking and self-directed problem solving.
• Excellent organizational discipline and time management.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and capable with video editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and PLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and proofread corporate policies, SOPs, and lab work instructions.
• Organize global training content provider teams across departments.
• Create training presentations for global programs.
• Produce department KPI reports and analytics.
• Support patent and market research using software tools.
• Assist with data governance and IP documentation.
• Manage global technical data storage for R&D, AE, QA.
• Coordinate R&D/AE/QA conferences (online and in person).
• Assist in product literature coordination.
• Observe privacy protocols for confidential information.
• Follow all company rules and regulations.
