• Maintain visibility on outstanding supplier document requests and prioritize reviews by timelines.
• Collaborate with global R&D and product lifecycle teams to validate raw material information.
• Map workflows, identify pain points, and translate needs into improvements.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel tracking tools and support rollout of new software systems.
• Prepare standard documentation, process maps, and basic training materials for internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excel Expert:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data organization, and reporting; automation/VBA is a plus).
• Technical Mindset: A background in science or engineering is preferred to understand our raw materials and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Material Documentation:Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documents from suppliers and internal databases.

• Track & Prioritize Requests:Maintain clear visibility on outstanding supplier document requests; prioritize reviews based on business needs and project timelines.

• Drive Process Improvements:Observe current workflows, map out administrative pain points, and translate needs into actionable workflow improvements.
• Advance System Capabilities:Create and maintain advanced Excel tracking tools while supporting the team with the rollout and adoption of new software systems.
• Create Training Material:Assist with standard documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials for internal teams.
