Allied Mineral Products Holding, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Research Information & Support Coordinator to join our engineering support team.

You will manage technical documentation, coordinate global training initiatives, and support data reporting and governance across R&D, AE, and QA. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting administrative functions, technical research, document creation, or similar work.
• Strong analytical thinking and self-directed problem-solving skills.
• Requires strong organizational discipline.
• Proficient with presentation software applications (PowerPoint) and video editing tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI, SAP, SharePoint and Fusion Lifecycle (PLM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and proofread drafts of corporate policies, SOPs, and lab work instructions.
• Organize the global training program content provider team across R&D, AE, and QA: oversee timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Create training presentations for global programs.
• Department KPI reporting; extracting and analyzing information.
• Support patent and market research using existing software tools.
• Support data governance and confidentiality across R&D, AE, and QA.
• Manage global technical data storage for R&D, AE, and QA.
• Assist with coordination of R&D/AE/QA conferences (online and in-person).
• Assist R&D product literature team when necessary.
• Observe privacy protocols for confidential information.
