You will maintain up-to-date technical records, assist with data entry and analysis, and help ensure critical information flows for planning, execution, and reporting.

You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve data storage, monitor quality, and contribute to reports and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years in data coordination, documentation, or admin support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance from engineers.
• Willingness to learn technical systems and industry terms.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain technical documents, drawings, and records.
• Assist in managing databases and filing systems for technical data.
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, and project teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to project documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
• Support digitization of records and improvements to data storage systems.
• Monitor data quality and assist with basic analysis and reporting.
