Job summary

CCI Group is seeking an experienced Interpreting Operations Coordinator to provide remote independent contractor support to our Interpreting Department and senior operations team. The role supports scheduling, interpreter recruitment, resource communication, and invoice review, across clients and projects from a remote location outside the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interpreting coordination or language services project management.
• Experience scheduling interpreters in a professional language services environment.
• Experience recruiting and maintaining relationships with freelance interpreters.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpreting assignments across multiple clients and projects.
• Recruit and source interpreters, including hard-to-fill languages.
• Communicate with interpreters and clients about availability and requirements.
• Maintain interpreter profiles, notes, and scheduling data in the system.
• Review interpreter invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Support senior team with high-volume, urgent assignments.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation collection.
