Job summary

RELO Direct, Inc. seeks an Associate Client Service Manager to deliver exceptional relocation services for corporate and government clients worldwide. The role emphasizes policy adherence, proactive problem solving, and driving revenue while maintaining top-tier service.

The ACSM will manage a diverse caseload, coordinate policy counseling, destination services, and supplier referrals, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet expectations and protect data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience counseling to all levels of employees on relocation or related policies and benefits including 2+ years counseling specifically to corporate and government relocation policies.
• Direct client and supplier interaction on service exceptions and relocation statuses.
• Demonstrated multitasking, prioritization, analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while coordinating complex multifaceted processes with speed and efficiency.
• A track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
• CRP and/or GMS is a bonus.
• Real estate experience, knowledge, exposure, i.e., having an accredited broker license, is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks for authorized relocation services, including policy counseling and destination services.
• Counsel on policy, needs assessment, budgets, and funding within parameters.
• Audit relocation expenses against policy and regulations; advise on submissions and tax benefits.
• Serve as primary client contact delivering consultative solutions to meet service and cost objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date records with a focus on accuracy and data integrity; protect PII.
• Mentor and train other employees as directed.
• Participate in client and business development meetings and presentations.
• Use client feedback for process improvements and SWOT analyses.
• Continuously build knowledge to enhance performance.
