Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a senior Maintenance & Reliability leader to drive asset availability and downtime reduction across multiple sites in the FDA-regulated life sciences sector. You will lead CMMS-driven maintenance planning, mentor staff, and standardize reliability operations to deliver measurable client outcomes.

The role demands strong project management, team leadership, and a track record of improving maintenance processes in complex environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field required; ME preferred.
Maintenance and reliability certifications highly preferred.
Vibration analysis or thermography certification a plus; PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish, monitor and report metrics for service levels and business indicators.
Direct training and performance evaluations of reliability staff and CMMS staff.
Manage accounts efficiently, and identify opportunities for project continuity.
Lead asset management improvement across the division.
Standardize Reliability Operations practices across Mentor Operations.
Mentor and train employees on reliability and maintenance methodologies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to support operations.
