Job summary

Genpact seeks a Global Relationship Manager to strengthen senior client relationships across Fortune 500 accounts within the Banking vertical. You will drive end-to-end deals, craft strategic roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs.

You will engage with CXO-level stakeholders, manage regional portfolios, and contribute to growth through innovative AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience handling senior client relationships at Fortune 500 companies.
Experience leading and closing end-to-end deals.
Relevant years of business/segment/industry expertise.
Sound financial & commercial business understanding.
Prior consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Experience managing large strategic relationships and proven track record growing account revenue/portfolio size.
Proven experience in expanding relationships with CXO and below to drive client value.

Responsibilities

Drive growth within a regional portfolio or account of >$5M through partnerships with enterprise sales and identifying consulting opportunities.
Create and implement growth plans and governance around account strategy.
Lead account planning and overall account strategy.
Understand levers impacting P&L and contract/change management to improve performance.
Set up operational processes for enhanced account management and client engagement.
Provide market intelligence for costing on proposals and cross-sell Genpact products.
Source new growth opportunities by aligning teams to client opportunities and pursuing with vigor.
Develop relationships with CXOs and business/functional leaders to serve as trusted advisor.
Lead governance around customer communications to improve visibility and partnership.
Initiate new outreach and expand sphere of influence in buying centers.
Maintain client satisfaction through feedback and action on surveys.
Advise clients on how to use new technologies to drive transformation for C-level executives.
