Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Banking solutioning lead to drive design of operational, digital, analytics, and commercial components for RFPs/RFIs, and to support client presentations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance Banking offerings and help shape proposals.

You will coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Digital, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions, and represent the Banking practice in forums, ensuring readiness across global delivery locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
Master's degree in Information Systems.
Master's degree in Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead solutioning for Banking RFPs/RFIs and proactive bids, aiding design of operational, digital, analytics, and commercial components.
Support the development and enhancement of solution offerings in Banking by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Contribute to thought leadership and strategic viewpoints that help generate pipeline and support service line growth.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to shape proposals and drive deal outcomes.
Work with pricing, digital, transition, operations, and analytics teams to co-create integrated solutions.
Collaborate across global delivery locations to ensure readiness and responsiveness to regional requirements.
Represent the Banking practice in client and internal forums, contributing to capability building and solution refinement.
