Circle is seeking a Regulatory and Licensing Program Manager to lead multi-market licensing initiatives, from filing strategy through approval. You will manage several licenses in parallel, coordinating diverse teams, timelines, and regulators.

The role requires deep regulatory experience, strong written communication, and the ability to drive programs with executive visibility. The position supports a flexible, global policy function at Circle.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in program or project management, with 4+ years in regulatory/licensing/compliance in financial services or fintech.
• Direct involvement in at least one licence, registration, or charter application from requirements to submission.
• Experience delivering complex multi-month programs with dependencies and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Drive licensing applications end-to-end across markets, coordinating multiple programs.
• Build and maintain program plans with sequencing, owners, dates, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Engineering and others to convert regulatory requirements into executable plans.
