Job summary

Circle, a leading internet financial platform, is seeking a Regulatory and Licensing Program Manager to drive licensing applications from strategy to approval. You’ll oversee multi-market programs, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Business teams, and manage risk and reporting across the portfolio.

You will leverage AI for research, analysis, and internal reporting, while collaborating with executives to align regulatory strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in financial services/fintech or regulated settings.
• Direct involvement in at least one licence, registration, or charter application end-to-end.
• Daily, practical use of AI for research, analysis, and reporting; ability to build tools with AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing programs end-to-end across markets with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain program plans, sequencing, dependencies, and ownership.
