Job summary

KEEN is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to monitor laws, regulations, enforcement trends, and industry standards globally. You will translate requirements into executable programs, define work plans, owners, milestones, and audit-ready evidence, while leading with influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field required.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience relevant to regulatory compliance, legal operations, risk, government service, or cross-functional program management.
• Experience building or improving multi-jurisdictional compliance programs with policies, controls, monitoring and evidence management.
• Experience coordinating regulatory matters across U.S. states and international markets (e.g., EU, UK, Canada).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executives and operating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional implementation of regulatory requirements from issue identification through completion.
• Maintain a central tracking system for regulatory developments and compliance obligations.
• Manage the regulatory compliance portfolio with project plans, risks, and actions.
• Build and maintain scalable compliance infrastructure: policies, procedures, controls, playbooks, and audit-ready evidence.
• Coordinate ongoing compliance programs across privacy, product safety, labeling, environmental, AI, marketing, supply chain, and employment.
