• Lead regulatory submissions, documentation, audits, inspections, and reporting activities.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Direct investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing regulatory and compliance team.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and stakeholders.
