Job summary

Harry's is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to own end-to-end regulatory strategy and ensure product compliance across markets. The role involves launching new products, maintaining lifecycle compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to keep launches on track.

The ideal candidate will translate complex regulations into actionable guidance, monitor regulatory changes, and lead market-entry initiatives for international expansion.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 3+ years in regulatory affairs for cosmetics/personal care.
• Strong knowledge of US and international cosmetics regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory review for new product launches across cosmetics and OTC.
• Own OTC drug product listing, annual renewals, and establishment docs.
• Oversee domestic and international registration and compliance.
• Support post-market activities including change control and reformulations.
• Interpret evolving regulations and advise cross-functional teams.
• Lead market-entry strategy for new countries and regulations.
• Provide regulatory competitive intelligence for product strategy.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries from partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain regulatory SOPs and processes.
