Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to own end-to-end regulatory strategy and ensure compliance across our product portfolios, including domestic and international markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and maintain lifecycle compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in regulatory affairs for cosmetics/personal care, with deep knowledge of FDA, MoCRA, Health Canada, and EU/UK regulations. Office-based in SoHo.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline is required.
• 3+ years in regulatory affairs for cosmetics/personal care/consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, MoCRA, Health Canada, EU/UK cosmetics regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regulatory strategy and compliance across product portfolios.
• Lead regulatory reviews for new launches and ensure labeling and claims compliance.
• Manage OTC drug regulatory requirements and global registrations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory SOPs and processes.
