Mammoth Brands is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to own end-to-end regulatory strategy across our product portfolios, ensuring compliance for cosmetics, OTC, and international markets. The role translates complex rules into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams and supports market entries.

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will lead registrations, post-market activities, and lifecycle management, while helping to shape SOPs and processes to keep launches on track in

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years regulatory affairs experience in cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA, MoCRA, Health Canada, EU Cosmetics Regulation, UK Cosmetics Regulation, and other global requirements.
• Hands-on experience with OTC drug regulatory requirements: listing, establishment registration, renewals.
• Demonstrated track record supporting new product development, launch readiness, lifecycle management, and change control.

Aufgaben

• Lead regulatory review of new product launches across cosmetic, OTC, and general product categories.
• Own OTC drug product listing registrations, annual renewals, and establishment documentation.
• Oversee domestic and international registration and compliance activities.
• Support post-market activities, including change control and reformulations.
• Monitor and communicate evolving regulatory requirements across target markets.
