Job summary

Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to own end-to-end regulatory strategy across cosmetic, OTC, and consumer product portfolios, ensuring compliance in the US and international markets.

You will lead market-entry strategies, maintain lifecycle compliance, and translate complex rules into actionable guidance while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years regulatory affairs in cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products.
• Solid knowledge of US and international cosmetic and personal care regs (FDA, MoCRA, EU/UK, Health Canada).
• Hands-on OTC drug regulatory experience: listing, establishment registration, renewals.
• Proven track record supporting product development and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reviews for new product launches across cosmetic, OTC, and consumer categories.
• Own OTC drug product listing, establishment registrations, and renewals.
• Oversee domestic and international registration and compliance activities.
• Support post-market activities including change control and reformulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into business guidance.
• Lead market-entry strategy for new countries with regulatory research.
• Provide regulatory competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries from partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain regulatory SOPs and processes.
