OLAPLEX is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs to lead international registrations and drive market access for our cosmetics portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams, shaping regulatory strategy and ensuring timely, compliant product launches across regions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in global regulatory affairs for cosmetics, deep knowledge of international labeling and claims, and a proven track record in guiding cross-functional initiatives and mentoring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global regulatory affairs for cosmetics.
• Deep knowledge of global cosmetic regulations, labeling and claims compliance.
• Experience supporting global product launches and market access strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead global product registrations and market entry as international regulatory lead on cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute regulatory strategies, requirements, and timelines for global launches.
• Provide regulatory guidance and approvals for labeling, packaging, and marketing.
• Oversee claims substantiation and ensure substantiation supports marketing claims.
• Oversee formulation and raw material compliance assessments with R&D and Safety teams.
