Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead global chemical regulatory compliance, product stewardship, SDS authoring, and environmental reporting across brands and regions. You will partner with R&D, EH&S, manufacturing, marketing, and international teams to ensure regulatory alignment, implement SDS programs, and support customer compliance worldwide.

Strong knowledge of US DOT, REACH, CLP, OSHA, and global regulatory frameworks is essential, along with experience in SDS lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Environmental Compliance, EH&S, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations, hazard communication requirements, transportation regulations, and product stewardship principles.
  • Experience with SDS authoring systems, ERP systems, and regulatory databases.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, regulatory programs, and business priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global chemical regulatory compliance across US, EU, UK and other regions.
  • Create, author, and manage the lifecycle of SDSs across brands and regions.
  • Review formulas and raw materials for regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
  • Maintain transportation classifications and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead regulatory reporting and environmental compliance programs.
  • Support international regulatory programs and customer compliance communications.
