Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a Product Compliance Regulatory Manager in Operations to lead the regulatory program for product stewardship across markets. You will supervise a diverse team, oversee SDS creation, labeling, and submissions, and partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing to align on product lifecycle decisions.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with Hazard Communication, GHS and SDS authoring is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review and submission of SDS and product labels.
• Manage day-to-day regulatory activities across product lifecycle.
• Monitor regulatory changes and develop strategies to address impacts on products and testing.
• Direct and coach a regulatory team to meet KPI goals and audit readiness.
