Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & SDS Specialist - Chemicals to join the Hazard Communication and Product Compliance team in St. Louis.

You will support global product stewardship, regulatory compliance, and safety data management for a diverse portfolio of chemical products. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent technical communication, with experience in OSHA, TSCA, and SAP EH&S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry, biology or life sciences; PhD valued.
• Experience with OSHA, TSCA, CEPA, HPR, EPA, Cal Prop 65 and related programs.
• Strong SDS authoring and hazard communication experience.
• Experience with SAP EH&S/Product Compliance or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of chemistry, hazard classification, and property data; Python/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Author, review, and maintain SDSs in line with OSHA, GHS standards.
• Classify chemicals and maintain compliance data in SAP EH&S.
• Support regulatory compliance for US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Collaborate with global Regulatory Affairs and Product Compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and respond to inquiries; improve hazard communication processes.
