Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is a leading recruitment partner seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead successful fulfilment of open vacancies and serve as the primary contact for hiring needs. You will coach offshore RSSs and RCs, align with COEs, and drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, provide market insights, and ensure KPI achievement while upholding AGS standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
• Behavioral based interviews experience for a variety of roles.
• Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience creating sourcing plans.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understand the recruitment delivery process and ensure KPIs are met.
• Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with AGS COEs and shared services groups to navigate client needs.
• Manage stakeholders to prevent escalations where possible.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Act as a talent advisor to client stakeholders and provide consultative solutions.
• Identify and address risk or compliance issues.
• Learn client, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Manage requisitions with accurate data and documentation per client process.
