Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead open vacancies with hiring managers and coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs. You will drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic solutions and timely feedback.

Reporting to leadership, you will mentor teams, meet SLAs, and stay attuned to client needs, market dynamics and OFCCP compliance in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews for a range of roles.
• Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics capability; translate data into actions.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven ability to create and implement sourcing plans.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using an ATS and writing client communications.
• Ability to present to clients in small to mid-sized groups.
• Bachelor-level degree or higher is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing and client success.
• Collaborate with RSSs, RCs, and offshore delivery centers to meet KPIs.
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers with market insights.
• Partner with internal COEs and shared services to navigate client needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and minimize escalations.
• Identify roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Coach RSSs, TAs, and RCs on recruitment best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across processes.
• Provide guidance on pre-qualified talent pools and forecasting.
• Deliver timely feedback and consultative support to candidates.
