The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees in Orlando, FL seeks an International Recruitment Liaison to serve as the primary contact between UCF Global and its global network of recruitment agents and partners. The role develops, maintains, and strengthens relationships to secure student referrals across IEP, Online English, and Pathway programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions or related higher education environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for international recruitment agents and partners.
• Vet and process new agent and partner applications.
• Coordinate agent trainings, webinars, and workshops.
• Ensure referrals follow SLAs and maintain high customer service.
• Track agent activity, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate invoicing and renew agent agreements in compliance with policies.
• Support UCF Global DirectConnect and group visits.
