Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking a dedicated International Recruitment Liaison to manage our global agent network and strengthen partnerships. You will coordinate recruitment strategies, train agents, and monitor compliance with UCF policies and international standards.

You will liaise with recruitment and admissions teams to ensure compliant, high-quality referrals to UCF Global programs and related pathways. This onsite role emphasizes stakeholder management and data-driven recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in international education, student recruitment, or admissions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for international recruitment agents and partners.
• Vet and process new agent and partner applications.
• Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops for agents.
• Ensure agents follow SLAs and provide high-quality service.
• Track agent activities, referrals, and compliance with policies.
