Job summary

University of Central Florida (UCF) Global is seeking an International Agent Relations Assistant Director to grow and manage our global network of educational agents. The role drives enrollment through ethical partnerships, oversees agreements, and coordinates with Enrollment Services and ISSS to process applications and immigration documents.

The position emphasizes leadership, cross-cultural communication, and travel to build robust partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; leadership exp of 1+ year(s) or equivalent combination.
• Experience in international education, student recruitment, enrollment management, or partnership development.
• Knowledge of international admissions processes, SEVIS, and F-1/J-1 regulations; DSO experience preferred.
• Experience using data and enrollment metrics to evaluate performance and support recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, renew, and terminate agent agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
• Conduct agent training sessions via virtual platforms, phone, or in-person.
• Assess agent effectiveness through surveys, focus groups, and reports.
• Create and maintain an agent manual outlining procedures and policies.
• Travel domestically and internationally to establish new partnerships and site visits.
