Job summary

The University of Central Florida - College of Medicine is seeking an International Recruitment Liaison to serve as the primary contact between UCF Global and its network of recruitment agents and partners in support of the Intensive English Program, Online English Program, and Pathway Programs. This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in international education, student recruitment, or higher ed.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for recruitment agents and partners.
• Vet and process agent and partner applications.
• Coordinate agent trainings, webinars, and workshops.
• Coordinate with recruitment and admissions teams to ensure SLAs and service quality.
• Track agent activity, referrals, and outcomes.
• Review agent ethical recruitment practices.
• Coordinate invoicing and financial arrangements with agents.
• Support International DirectConnect Program communications.
• Assist in agent agreements renewal.
• Organize short-term group visits and international student visits.
