Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking an International Agent Relations Assistant Director to develop and manage UCF Global's global network of education agents recruiting international students into IEP, OEP, and degree pathways. The role acts as a liaison, ensuring ethical, compliant partnerships from recruitment through enrollment.

The position oversees agent agreements, training, performance evaluation, and travel to build new partnerships, while coordinating with Enrollment Services and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 1+ year(s) of leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• Experience in international education or student recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of SEVIS, F-1/J-1 regulations; DSO experience preferred.
• Experience using data and enrollment metrics to support recruitment strategies.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain UCF Global's network of educational agents.
• Train agents via virtual platforms, phone, or in-person presentations.
• Monitor enrollment and revenue generated through agent referrals.
• Oversee commission payments to agents.
• Travel domestically and internationally to establish new partnerships.
