Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager on the Recruiting Strategy & Enablement team to lead strategic programs end-to-end—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, enablement, and measurement. You’ll partner with Global Recruiting Leads, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to ship initiatives that improve recruiting quality, efficiency, and compliance at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in program, change, and project management within a global, high-growth environment.
• Experience launching strategic programs that drive measurable quality and efficiency improvements in a People/HR function.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered programs or assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs end-to-end from scoping to measurement.
• Partner with global recruiting leads and hiring managers to ship initiatives.
• Balance portfolio work with fast-moving priorities and minimal oversight.
• Lead enablement efforts including comms plans and FAQs.
• Improve recruiting programs' efficiency and quality across teams.
• Govern portfolio: steerCos, DRIs, and leadership reporting.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and data privacy with legal partners.
