• Experience identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level passive candidates.
• Outstanding sourcing skills and creative thinking.
• Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers.
• Ability to use data and market insights to influence decisions.
• Proven track record of positive candidate experiences.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging outputs.
• Strong ownership and time-management across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leadership across Stripe.
• Define and implement recruiting processes for senior leadership roles.
• Manage end-to-end leadership searches from contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align hiring with business goals.
• Develop competency-based interviews to assess leadership potential.
• Build trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain market intel and candidate data to support searches.
• Contribute to a culture that embodies Stripe's values.
