Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Leadership Recruiter to partner with senior stakeholders and fill engineering leadership roles. You will own end-to-end searches, design search strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience across executive candidates.

You will collaborate with People Partners, Compensation, and business leads to align hiring with Stripe’s objectives. You will contribute to a high-performing Leadership Recruiting Team, leveraging market insights and robust interview

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven executive search experience within the technology industry.
• Proven experience identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level passive candidates.
• Outstanding sourcing skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience partnering with team and hiring managers, including the executive team.
• Use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions in leadership groups.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with executives to hire top talent for Stripe’s highest priority engineering leadership roles.
• Define, design, and implement recruiting processes and search engagements for senior leadership roles.
• Manage end-to-end leadership-level searches from inception to onboarding, including outreach strategies and negotiations.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Compensation, and Business Leads to align hiring goals with business needs.
• Develop competency-based interviews to surface capabilities and potential fit for leadership roles.
• Foster trust-based relationships with candidates and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Serve as a problem solver, facilitator and coach in final negotiations.
• Use systems to capture market and candidate data to support searches and market intelligence.
• Contribute to a team that embodies Stripe’s culture and values.
• Be a contributing member of the recruiting team promoting culture and values.
