Responsibilities

• Own and steer the program's objectives and key result areas, including tracking and reporting metrics and overall program management.
• Lead change management initiatives within our recruiting teams and collaborate with partners to facilitate seamless transitions, tracked through change adoption metrics.
• Provide comprehensive enablement to all relevant stakeholders within recruiting—ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to excel in their roles.
• Maintain an updated repository of knowledge articles, ensuring all information about the program remains accurate, relevant and easily discoverable.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes, maximizing their effectiveness and efficiency through measurable metrics.
• Design training guides and educational materials to enhance the skill set of recruiters, measured by participant feedback and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to pinpoint and execute high-priority initiatives that elevate our recruiting efforts, with a trackable impact on hiring success rates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives by fostering impeccable communication, coordination, and execution among the recruiting team and other partners, gauged through project timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to additional business-critical recruiting initiatives as required.
