Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for its People Operations and Insights team in the United States. You will drive delivery across HR programs, manage end-to-end projects, and coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering to optimize processes while keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities include defining plans, tracking progress, mitigating risks, presenting to leadership, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within People.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, ops, or consulting with HR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end or cross-functional projects across People pillars.
• Develop and manage project plans, optimize workflows, inform stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Establish governance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within People.
