Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Global Recruiting Operations to shape how Talent Acquisition operates, scales, and delivers impact. You will own the operating system behind our hiring engine and lead teams across analytics, enablement, and candidate experience.

This role offers hybrid work options in the United States and can be based in Austin or New York, reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

Significant recruiting operations leadership in a high-growth setting.
Experience leading a Recruiting Ops function at a similar scale.
Proven ability to design governance, planning rhythms, and decision forums.
Familiarity with modern recruiting tech stack and AI/automation applications.
Strong business acumen and executive partnership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead global Recruiting Operations across systems, analytics, programs, enablement, and candidate experience.
Partner with VP and TA leadership to define operating model and future scaling.
Build planning rhythms, prioritization, and execution visibility across the function.
Improve data quality, forecasting, headcount and capacity planning, governance.
Advance AI, automation, and recruiting tech with measurable impact.
Evaluate systems and tools, guiding technology investment decisions.
Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team with clear ownership.
Collaborate with TA, HR, Finance and leadership to align with hiring plans.
