Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead Recruiting Transformation initiatives, translating strategy into scoped plans with milestones and outcomes. You will partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to guide multiple complex projects from initiation through delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong planning, risk management, and communication skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and familiarity with ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out.
• Expert project management skills across planning, capacity planning, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with recruiting/talent acquisition processes and systems (ATS platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with virtual and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional teams.
• Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Own project documentation and change-management artifacts.
• Drive clear communication and stakeholder socialization.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Conduct post-project reviews and prepare status readouts.
