Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator within the Futureforce University Recruiting program. You will partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences and manage the interview lifecycle across regional and global scopes.

This high-impact role offers exposure to multiple business units and opportunities to participate in strategic projects that drive internal growth and optimize scheduling SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple regions.
• Ability to manage logistics for interviews including travel and reimbursements.
• Experience auditing Employment Agreements and Background Investigations.
• Strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple business units regionally and globally.
• Manage interview logistics including travel, lodging, and reimbursements; greet onsite candidates.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure background checks are completed before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot challenges and improve process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master applicant tracking system and recruiting tools (Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack).
• Contribute to regional and global RC projects aligned with the Global RC vision.
• Leverage Tableau dashboards to provide insights to recruiting partners and stakeholders.
