• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams at regional and global levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple business units regionally and globally.
• Logistics for interviews, travel, and candidate reimbursements.
• Greet onsite candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Audit Employment Agreements and background checks before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot challenges and enhance processes.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master ATS and tools; educate hiring teams on scheduling practices.
• Contribute to regional and global team projects and dashboards.
