• Hands-on experience with scheduling automation platforms (ModernLoop, GoodTime, Prelude) and ability to own the internal platform
• Global scheduling across US, UK, and India time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear candidate resources
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with interviewers and hiring managers
• High candidate empathy and team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-timezone interview logistics across corporate functions
• Manage travel and accommodations for on-site interviews in LA, SF, London, and Oregon
• Administer and optimize the scheduling platform and interview templates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to map intake and interview panels
• Draft engaging candidate resources and messaging templates
