Job summary
GK SOFTWARE AG is seeking a Junior People Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through closing—across regions worldwide. You will leverage AI-driven tools and collaborate with People & Culture and business leaders, with flexibility for early or late hours to engage with APAC or the Americas.
Location is Mobile Work (Germany-based) with international scope, and the role offers remote-first, flexible hours, and a permanent contract.
Qualifications
- Hands-on recruiting experience across lifecycle (sourcing, screening, closing).
- Ability to run recruiting processes independently from sourcing to candidate communication.
- Curiosity for AI and modern recruiting tech, and quick tool adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting activities for roles worldwide using AI-supported tools.
- Conduct structured interviews, including candidates in APAC or the Americas.
- Drive active sourcing with modern digital and AI-powered platforms to reach global talent.
- Deliver a transparent, friendly candidate experience, regardless of time zone.
- Keep recruiting data sharp in HR systems and push process improvements.
