• Experience leading cross-functional event response with clear structure and communication.

Responsibilities

• Exercise Real-Time Operational Authority on shift for Waymo's network across target markets.
• Evaluate and triage network disruption, stabilize and recover service, escalate as needed.
• Synchronize regional strategy with network-level priorities and market realities.
• Manage the global-local balance by considering local conditions and regulatory constraints.
• Manage crisis communications with clarity and calm under high-pressure situations.
• Bridge cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
