Expeditors, a global logistics company, is seeking a Project Manager, Real Estate to lead the Americas real estate portfolio and align portfolio decisions with business and financial goals.

You will drive data-informed leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and space utilization, partner with brokers, and guide occupancy cost analyses.

This role requires 5+ years in real estate portfolio management, strong budgeting and CAPEX experience, and a strategic, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate portfolio management and corporate real estate.
• Budgeting for real estate and construction projects, including capex.
• Strong communications and vendor management across transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support business cases for acquisitions, renewals, relocations, consolidations, and exits.
• Partner with transaction teams and external brokers on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Ensure transactions support long-term portfolio and financial goals.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with objectives and growth forecasts.
• Evaluate portfolio performance using financial, utilization, and market data.
• Analyze occupancy costs, lease structures (NNN, gross), CAM, and lifecycle costs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize footprint, reduce cost, and improve asset performance.
