Job summary

You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver high-visibility initiatives that improve the firm’s performance. The role emphasizes end-to-end planning, business case development, and change management within a global real estate context, reporting to the Chief Administrative Office’s Global

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Transformation Lead concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Experience in transformation, consulting, program management, business analysis, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau or Alteryx experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and collaborative problem solving.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of transformation workstreams with milestones and risk resolution.
• Develop business cases, prioritization frameworks, and benefit realization tracking.
• Create executive dashboards and status reports for senior leadership forums.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements and insights.
• Maintain transformation artifacts including charters, roadmaps, OKRs and benefits trackers.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Controls to align and unblock delivery.
• Drive change management activities including communications planning and training coordination.
