• Hands-on experience with scenario modeling and financial planning models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses across the GRE portfolio to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Scenario & Financial Modeling: Build models for occupancy, capital allocation, and expense planning.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from LOB partners and senior leadership.
• Executive Reporting: Synthesize analyses into concise presentations for senior management.
• Data Infrastructure: Improve data quality and analytical workflows across multiple datasets.
